Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel at any time from the billing section of your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for; you keep full access until then, and you are not charged again. We do not pro-rate or refund the unused remainder of a period.

We will refund, pro-rata against the unused prepaid term, where:

you object to a new sub-processor and we cannot offer a reasonable alternative (clause 3 of the DPA); you terminate because we made a materially adverse change to the Terms or a material reduction to a core feature of your paid plan; you terminate for our material breach that we failed to remedy within 30 days; or a refund is required by law.

We also correct genuine billing errors, such as duplicate charges or a charge after valid cancellation, in full.

We do not refund for downtime or interruption (see the Availability Statement); for unused allowances, seats or periods; where access was suspended or terminated for breach of the Acceptable Use Policy or non-payment; or because results did not meet expectations, given the Service is a decision-support tool whose output depends on the data you supply.

Email billing@timespan.online with your account and the reason. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
